So this is the rest of the comic I made for a school project. It's a comical kind of version of a condom commercial. Not the prettiest I've done or put the most time into but I thought I should post it anyways :)

Movies

So I've seen three movies lately based on true stories. I wanted to quickly recommend them and give my oppinions :)

Cinderella man

Russel Crowe playing a struggeling boxer during the 1930s, right during the great depression.
Based on a true story, how a man turns his life around and becomes heavy weight champion.

Easily one of the best fighting/boxing movies I've seen.
8,5 out of 10.

The Fighter

Another boxing movie based on a real story, though set in the 1980s. About a guy trying to be a proffessional boxer and his relations with his drug addicted brother and screwed up family. Also somewhat a cinderella story. "The fighter" wasn't as good as "Cinderella man" but absolutely worth a watch.

Lincoln

A biographical movie set in 1865, the last year of the civil war and the last year of Abraham Lincoln's life. There's not much action here for those looking for a cool war movie. This is about the political aspect of the war and a deeper look into honest Abes personal life.
Good movie, not as spectacular as I'd hoped but absolutely worth a watch for those interested in american history etc.

When I have an inspirational draught, I sometimes watch other people's stuff (who are waay better at drawing than I am). Seeing what is possible to achieve when training and reaching for your goals is a good way of getting inspiration back. So there are a lot of card games out there, this one in particular is called magic the gathering. Each card has it's own picture and some of it is absolutely amazing art. The artist who made these cards is named Terese Nielsen and I just thought I would share these.

Quck inspiration

I just saw this and tought it was amazing. It's the same girl in both pictures but the right one is today and the left one five years ago. How happy she must be.

New year

Every newyear I think "wow how fast this year went by" but looking back at how much has happened I realise it was quite a long year.
Things like I moved to my own appartment, quit my job and started school. I lost a bunch of weight, met a whole lot of awesome people and friends, I even got a damn cat! Very much has happened indeed.

Happy new year, I hope 2013 will bring much joy to each one of you. Live in the present and appreciate life, look forward to your future goals but remember the past and think about how it shaped you and the experiences it brought!
